on Sunday morning we decided to go for a walk. it was conference, so we didn't have church until the afternoon. we used the time to explore.
we went to brinsley headstocks. we took collecting bags, to see what we could find.
with all the beautiful things around us, both the kids decided the best thing to find was rocks. and more rocks.
tyler took to dragging his bag along, as it was now full of heavy rocks. how i did laugh when he rubbed a hole in the bottom and started losing rocks. then he would spot a 'new' rock and put it in his bag, only for it to fall straight through again.
we saw a squirrel, butterflies, bees, birds, and a couple of dogs. tyler was very excited. he even tried to chase the dog, until it turned round and tried to chase him back. then he wasn't so impressed with the game.
we drove down into jacksdale, looking for a field of cows. we found horses instead. close enough.
